Through our solar calculator we collect: name, phone number, email, property address, property type, ownership status, and approximate monthly electricity expenditure. Additionally, technical roof data obtained by satellite simulation (Google Solar API) is processed. If you write to us via WhatsApp or other messaging channels, we also process your number, your profile name, and the content of the conversation to handle your inquiry.
To prepare and send you a personalized solar analysis, contact you through an energy advisor to validate the study with no obligation, and manage the commercial relationship if you decide to hire us.

To provide WhatsApp support and appointment management, SOLARIÑA (brand of Lendoiro Segovia Chrystian Manuel, NIF 51185983N) shares strictly necessary data with the following providers, who act as data processors under contract in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR:
In addition, we use Anthropic's artificial-intelligence assistant, Claude, to prepare your study and to summarize the notes of your calls with our advisor. Anthropic does not process this data on our behalf: it processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, as a controller. We send it only what is necessary, and we have turned off the use of our conversations to train its models.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, alternatively, by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Initial assistance via WhatsApp is provided by a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. You are informed of this at the beginning of the conversation and can request to be assisted by a human agent at any time.
With your permission, which we ask for at the start of every call, we record the call with our advisor so your study is based on what you tell us rather than on what we remember. If you prefer it not to be recorded, tell the advisor and the call continues unrecorded; you can withdraw your permission at any time. The recording is stored in HubSpot and transcribed on our own infrastructure: your voice is not sent to any artificial-intelligence provider. The text of the transcript is summarized by an AI assistant (Anthropic, section 5) so that the advisor remembers what you talked about before calling you again; the summary is kept in your file. It is used only for your study and your file, never for advertising, and is not shared with anyone else. The recording is deleted when the study is delivered and at the latest after 90 days; the transcript is kept like the rest of your file (section 9).
Data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you request its deletion, and subsequently blocked during applicable legal periods.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by writing to info@solarina.es, proving your identity. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
